A little about ME and why SAMs is important.

The Story Behind SAMs Art Box

Hi, I’m Courtney and I’m a mom of 3 - Madillyn is 9, Saige is 7 and Alan is 5. I have a Masters Degree in Healthcare Administration and A minor in Graphic Design. I know two TOTALLY different carreer paths. I’ve always loved art History and everything that comes along with Art. If you haven’t noticed already each of the names for the groups is based on a differnt artist. My favorite happens to be Claude Monet. Look him up, you wont regret it.

Like so many kids, Saige, Alan, and Madilynn love their screen time. I’ll admit, I’m one to give in and let them be on it while I’m busy. But as their mom, I’ve always loved the creativity, imagination, and hands-on fun that comes from making art.

I wanted to create something that would encourage my kids to unplug for a little while, get messy, use their imaginations, and discover how much fun it can be to create something with their own two hands. That idea became SAMs Art Box.

The name SAM comes from the three little people who inspired it all: S for Saige, A for Alan, and M for Madilynn.

Each SAMs Art Box is designed to bring creativity right to your doorstep, with fun art projects and supplies that make screen-free time something kids can actually look forward to.

Because sometimes the best memories aren't made on a screen—they're made with paint-covered fingers, big imaginations, and a little creative mess.

My story all began with an idea. and I wanted to launch a business, turning a hobby into something more.
